Before you download
Is the calendar maker free?
Yes. You can create and download PDF calendars without paying or creating an account. Generated PDFs include KalendarHub.com branding.
Can I print a blank calendar?
Yes. Choose your year and PDF layout, leave the event list empty, and select Download printable PDF. Family layouts still need a landscape cover photo; the business layout needs a business name.
Can I add holidays from more than one country?
Yes. In Public holidays, choose Add a country or region. Add one location, then choose Add another country or region. Each location has its own colour and removable holiday list. Matching holiday names on the same date are combined, with country labels in your exports.
Can I add, edit, or remove several events?
Yes. Add your first event, then choose Add another event. Use Edit or Remove beside an event in Your added dates. Remove actions offer Undo. You can skip events or holidays and return to those steps later.
What happens if I change the calendar year?
You will be asked before existing dates are moved. Personal events keep their month and day; public holidays reload for every location. Invalid dates, such as 29 February in a non-leap year, must be edited or removed before downloading.
Which paper sizes can I use?
Year at a glance and Year + event list support A4, A3, US Letter, and A6, in portrait or landscape. One month per page uses landscape A4. The family photo and business calendars are 90 × 240 mm, printed at 100% on A4 and trimmed at the cut marks. The A4 family calendar uses full A4 portrait. Check your downloaded PDF and printer settings before printing.
How do the photo and business layouts work?
Both family layouts require a landscape cover photo, with zoom and position controls and optional text over the photo. The A4 layout also offers two optional side photos. Its first two countries have holiday lists beside the calendar; personal events and further countries appear below. The business calendar places business details and an optional logo above the months. You can adjust logo size and position, header colours, and text alignment. Use the live preview and exact PDF preview in Step 1 to check your design.
What if my dates do not fit?
The family and business layouts show a warning if a date list is too long. Shorten names, remove dates, or choose a larger layout. PDF generation also checks the available space rather than silently dropping dates.
Are public holidays guaranteed to be complete?
No. Coverage varies by country, region, and year. Check important dates against official government sources. School holidays and personal leave may need to be added manually.
Does exporting connect to my calendar app?
The iCal export downloads an .ics file for you to import into a compatible app. It is a snapshot, not a live connection. Changes here do not update an earlier import, and reminder support depends on the app.
Will my events be here when I return?
If you accept optional browser saving, added events and settings return in this browser for up to 90 days. Without acceptance, they stay only in the open tab and are lost on refresh or close. Download a copy before leaving. Uploaded photos and logos are never saved in browser storage; upload them again after refreshing or reopening the page. Server download links are temporary.
